Will I receive an invoice for my online order?

Your official invoice to be used for all tax purposes for your PANDORA online order is your order confirmation email. This email will be sent to you shortly after you place your online order. A hard copy invoice is not sent with your online order.

Your confirmation email includes all necessary information for tax purposes, including our ABN and the total GST on the order. This is the document you will require if you wish to claim your tax via the Tourist Refund Scheme.

If your confirmation email is not appearing in your inbox it is probably in your junk, spam or promotions folder. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please get in touch with us at aunzsupport@pandora.net.
