I have entered the incorrect contact information for my online order. What do I do?

If you have entered an incorrect email address for your online order, please contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at so that we can send your confirmation and tracking emails to the correct email address.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address for your online order we will do what we can to assist you, just send us an email at If your order has already been despatched, you will need to rectify this with Australia Post directly by creating a MyPost account and requesting a mail redirection.
