I can't log in with my username/ password

If you don't recall your username, please create a new login using your email address.

If you can't log in using the password you previously set, please reset your password by using the link on the login screen. 


  1. Go to and click on 'Sign In' in the top right-hand corner. 

  2. Click on 'Forgotten password?' and enter the email address

  3. You should receive an email with a link to the option to 'Reset Password'. If you do not receive this email within a couple of minutes of clicking 'Reset Password' please check your junk/spam/promotions folders.

    Please just click on the 'Reset Password' link and change your password. Follow step 1 to be able to 'Sign In' to your Club Account with your new Password.

  4. Alternatively if your account was created through Facebook, you can change your password or unlink your Facebook and PANDORA accounts by clicking the link 'My Details'.

      • You can 'Unlink' your PANDORA Club account from your Facebook account by clicking 'Unlink Social Account'. A pop-up will appear advising you that you will no longer be able to log into your PANDORA Club with Facebook and an email will be sent to your email address with a link for you to create a password. prompting you to create a password.

      • Alternatively, you can choose to use the 'Facebook Login' function on the home page. This eliminates the need for a password, however can cause confusion for those of us who are trying to reset out passwords (if you use Facebook Login, you do not have a PANDORA Club password, because it uses Facebook security).
