I can't log in with my username / password

If you don't recall your username, please create a new account using your email address.

If you can't log in using the password you previously set, please reset your password clicking the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email within a couple of minutes please check your junk/spam/promotions inbox.

If your account was created through Facebook, you can change your password or unlink your Facebook account by clicking 'My Details'. You can 'Unlink' your PANDORA Club account from your Facebook account by clicking 'Unlink Social Account'. A pop-up will appear advising you that you will no longer be able to log into your PANDORA Club with Facebook and an email will be sent to your email address with a link for you to create a password.

If you have a PANDORA account in another country, you will not be able to log in and it will be necessary to create a new PANDORA Club account for the country you wish to purchase from. Please note the new account will need to be created with a different email address. If you receive the error message, "You're signed up to another region" but you believe this isn't the case, please send us an email. 

If you’re unable to log in with your email address, and you can’t create a new account with that email address, then please send an email to aunzsupport@pandora.net to ask for assistance.
