What happens if I don’t have a receipt and I want to return my item under warranty?

You may seek after sales service via a PANDORA Concept store if you can provide other evidence of proof of purchase; for example, a bank or credit card statement or tax invoice.

For online purchases, print the Order Confirmation emailed by our online store when you placed your order. If you are no longer able to do this, login to My Account, select Order History and open the relevant order and print the Order Confirmation.

Any warranty claim honoured without presentation of proof of purchase is at the full discretion of your retailer.
