What if I change my mind before receiving my online order? (AU)

Don’t worry. Simply wait to receive your order. Provided your items are unused you may return them. To return your items for free:

  1. Please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net with your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. Please print this label out.
  2. Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
  3. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
  4. Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email
