What if I change my mind before receiving my online order? (AU)

Don’t worry. Simply wait to receive your order. Providing your items are unused you may return them. To return your items for free:

  1. If you checked out as a PANDORA Club member, within 30 days of your purchase, log into your account and complete a return request.
    If you checked out as a Guest, within 30 days of your purchase, contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at ausupport@pandora.net. 
  2. You will need to provide your Order Number, Item Codes and your reason for return
  3. You will receive an email with a link to download and print a prepaid return address label. This label is valid for 10 days
  4. Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
  5. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
  6. Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email
