Can I have my online order delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address?

Online orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. 

If an order is submitted with a PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery address, your order and payment will not be accepted or processed by the PANDORA Online Store.

In such circumstances, the order payment may appear as 'Pending' (or similar) on the associated bank statement. Funds to the value of the order may be held by the financial institution for a number of days before being made available again. Please contact your financial institution if you require further information.
