My order was unsuccessful but it seems that I have been charged. What has happened?

In such cases, although PANDORA has not accepted order payment, it may appear as 'Pending' (or similar) on the related bank statement. Funds to the value of the order may be held by the financial institution for a number of days before being made available again.
