What should I do if I experience a problem with my PANDORA jewellery?
To access after sales service, take your jewellery to the store of purchase or your nearest PANDORA Concept Store. If you believe you have a warranty claim, valid proof of purchase (for example, your receipt) must be presented. This also applies to items received as gifts.
If you purchased from our online store and are within 30 days of purchase, follow the online prompts to return your item for free. Items purchased in store may not be returned online.
For older items, you may visit a PANDORA Concept store to discuss your options or contact our Consumer Experience Team. Only defective items will be accepted for return pending qualified PANDORA assessment. Items requiring general repairs and maintenance to correct normal wear and tear, may be repaired by PANDORA at a cost. Visit a PANDORA Concept store for information and advice relating to repairs and maintenance. If you do not wish to access your warranty, you may elect to have your items repaired by your preferred jewellery repair service.
Any warranty claim honoured without presentation of proof of purchase is at the full discretion of your retailer.
