If I change my mind how do I return my online order?
To refund or exchange your PANDORA items as quickly as possible, visit your nearest PANDORA Concept Store, with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.*
Alternatively, you can return your items via post for a full refund. To return your items for free:
- Please contact our Consumer Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. Please print this label out.
- Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
- Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
- Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email
* Please note, online orders purchased through Afterpay will need to be returned back to the online store. Please contact our Consumer Experience team at email@example.com to organise this.
