If I change my mind how do I return my online order?

To refund or exchange your PANDORA items as quickly as possible, visit your nearest PANDORA Concept Store, with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can return your items via post for a full refund. To return your items for free:

  1. Within 30 days of your purchase, contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net. You will need to provide your Order Number, Item Codes and your reason for return.
  2. You will receive an email with a link to download and print a prepaid return address label. This label is valid for 10 days.
  3. Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
  4. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel and post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email.
