Can I return an unwanted gift?

Across PANDORA Concept stores, unwanted gifts may be exchanged for alternate products or a Gift Card providing the items are unused and accompanied by a receipt. A gift receipt is offered to all customers upon payment in store. Gift receipts are not available for online purchases. If your unwanted gift was an online order, you will need to obtain the confirmation email from the gift giver before initiating a return.

Any arrangement outside this is at the full discretion of your local PANDORA retailer.

*Please note, gifts that have been purchased online using AfterPay cannot be returned or exchanged in store and will need to be returned back to the online store for a refund. Please contact our online consumer experience team (aunzsupport@pandora.net) for further assistance
