Can I return a Sale item purchased online?

Yes, you can.

Providing your items are unused, you may return them.

To refund your online order in store:

  1. Visit any PANDORA Concept Store.
  2. Be sure to take with you a copy of your Order Confirmation email.
  3. Please note, online orders purchased through Afterpay cannot be returned in store and will need to be returned back to the online store.

To return and refund your online order via the online store:

  1. Within 30 days of your purchase, contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net. You will need to provide your Order Number, Item Codes and your reason for return.
  2. We will send you a free returns postage label to your email.
  3. Print this label our and secure it onto the outer packaging that your PANDORA order arrived in.
  4. Post the item within 10 days.
  5. We will notify you by email once your order has been received and a refund has been processed.
