Why can't I find the item I'm looking for?

To find a specific item in our Online Store try entering any of the following in the Search field which is located to the top left of your screen:

  • The name of the product, for example; ‘Sparkling leaves’
  • A description of the product, for example; ‘leaves’
  • The item code, for example; 190921CZ

Alternatively, you can browse by category, for example; charms, then use the product filters to browse within a category, for example; silver, with stone, colour or price.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, it may not currently be available for purchase. At any point in time, our current product offering is displayed in store and online. Please note that item availability may vary from store to store.

Items that are temporarily out of stock through our online store will appear marked ‘Notify Me'. You may choose to receive an email notification when the item returns to stock.

Product availability varies from store to store. If you are searching for a particular item, contact your nearest retailer to confirm availability. You can search for your local stores here.
