Can I exchange my items in store? (NZ)

Yes, you can exchange unused items in store upon presentation of proof of purchase.*

You can exchange items purchased online within 30 days of placing your order in any PANDORA Concept Store in New Zealand. You will need to take a copy of your Order Confirmation email as proof of purchase.

You can exchange items purchased in store within 14 days of purchase in any PANDORA Concept Store in New Zealand.

This policy applies to PANDORA Concept Stores and our Online Store only. It is offered in Australia and New Zealand and may not be available in other international markets.

Independent jewellery stores that sell PANDORA jewellery will have their own refund and exchange policy for change of mind which may be different from that set out above. Contact your retailer for further information regarding their returns policy.

You have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law that are not limited by this policy.


*Please note, items purchased with Afterpay online cannot be exchanged in a PANDORA Concept Store. Please contact the online consumer experience team ( for further assistance.
