Can I exchange items I purchased online? (NZ)
Yes, you can exchange unused items purchased online within 30 days of placing your order.
You can exchange your items in any PANDORA Concept Store across New Zealand, just be sure to take a copy of your confirmation email into store.
Our online store is currently unable to facilitate exchanges via post, however you can return your online order for a full refund by following these steps:
1) Within 30 days of your purchase, log into your account and complete a return request
2) You will need to provide your Order Number, Item Codes and your reason for return
3) You will receive an email with a link to download and print a prepaid return address label. This label is valid for 10 days.
4) Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
5) Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
6) Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email
7) When you are ready, you may go ahead and place another order for your preferred items.
