What if I change my mind before receiving my online order? (NZ)

Don’t worry. Simply wait to receive your order and provided your items are unused you may return them. 

To refund or exchange your PANDORA items as quickly as possible, visit your nearest PANDORA Concept Store, with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.*

Alternatively, you can return your items via post for a full refund. To return your items for free:

  1. Within 30 days of your purchase, please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net with your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. Please print this label out.
  2. Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
  3. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
  4. Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email.

 

 

*Please note, items purchased online with Afterpay cannot be exchanged in store and will need to be returned to the online store. Please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net for further assistance.
