I can’t log in – error says “You’re signed up to another region”

If you receive the error message “You’re signed up to another region” you will unfortunately not be able to log in to your account at this time. This is caused by a technical issue on our website.

While we work to resolve this issue, you can still make a purchase by checking out as a guest. You will receive an email with information of your purchase to keep for future reference.
