The item I received from the online store is faulty, damaged or has broken. How do I resolve this?

You can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, if your item exhibits a genuine fault or is not as described providing that;

  • The item is a genuine PANDORA item
  • The item was purchased on the PANDORA Australia Online Store

Please contact our Consumer Experience Team at aunzsupport@pandora.net. From there, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
