Can I exchange or get a refund for items purchased from an Australian Pandora Concept Store or the Australian online store if I change my mind and no longer want the items?

Pandora understands that you may sometimes change your mind.

In accordance with Pandora’s change of mind policy, if you change your mind and have proof of purchase, Pandora will exchange or refund genuine PANDORA Items  purchased from an Australian Pandora Concept Store or the Australian online store if:

-they are in a saleable condition (that is, unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) and

-returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Please remember to bring your proof of purchase with you. For example, store register receipt, credit card or bank statement, tax invoice, order confirmation email (if applicable) or other satisfactory evidence of proof of purchase.
