Can I get an exchange on the items that I purchased in store?

If you change your mind on your purchase, PANDORA will happily offer you an exchange or PANDORA gift card, within 14 days of purchase providing that:

  • The item is a genuine PANDORA item
  • The item was purchased in an Australian or New Zealand Concept Store
  • The item is in “as new” condition (unworn, unused and as sold)

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
