I have received an unwanted gift, what can I do?
If you have received an unwanted gift, PANDORA will happily offer you an exchange or PANDORA gift card, within 14 days of purchase providing that;
- The item is a genuine PANDORA item
- The item was purchased in an Australian or New Zealand Concept Store
- The item is in “as new” condition (unworn, unused and as sold)
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds unless your item exhibits a genuine fault or is not as described.
To assist in the process, it is recommended that you contact your gifter to obtain a valid proof of purchase.
If you have received a gift receipt with your gift, please bring this with you when you visit your local store.
