I have changed my mind on my Online purchase, what can I do?

To refund or exchange your PANDORA items as quickly as possible, visit your nearest PANDORA Concept Store, with a copy of your Order Confirmation email* within 30 days of purchase. 

Alternatively, you can return your items via post for a full refund. To return your items for free:

  1. Please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.netwith your order number and the items you wish to return so a free returns postage label can be generated and emailed to you. Please print this label out.
  2. Pack your goods in the original PANDORA gift box. You may reuse the original outer packaging or a suitable alternative
  3. Attach the return address label firmly to the outside of your parcel
  4. Post within 10 days of receipt of your prepaid label email

* Please note, online orders purchased through Afterpay will need to be returned back to the online store. Please contact our Consumer Experience team at aunzsupport@pandora.net to organise this.
