Can I return items purchased for a refund ?

 

Items purchased in PANDORA concept stores or online may be returned for an exchange, refund or gift card, in accordance with PANDORA’s Change of mind and refund policy which can be viewed at pandora.net/returns (please note some restrictions apply, please view policy for details.). These policies only apply in Australia and may not be available in other international markets. You have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law that are not limited by this policy. Items purchased via Afterpay may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase. For full terms & conditions please visit www.afterpay.com

Items purchased via Layby may only be exchanged or returned at the original store of purchase.
